The OmniCure S1500 provides assembly manufactures with ultimate control, reliability, and high intensity irradiance in an extremely cost-effective and easy-to-use spot UV curing system. Offering precise control of UV lamp output and high-speed shutter activation capabilities, the OmniCure® S1500 spot UV curing system is ideal for the high-volume UV adhesive curing and automated manufacturing processes in microelectronic and optoelectronic manufacturing.

Similar to the advanced OmniCure® S2000, the OmniCure® S1500 UV curing system includes the powerful and patented 200 Watt Intelli-Lamp® with a typical UV lamp life of up to 4,000 hours and a 2,000 hour guarantee. Quick and effective UV adhesive curing is achieved with high UVA irradiance of up to 10W/cm2.

Radiometer R2000

Collimating Adaptor

The adjustable collimating adaptor is ideal for any application that requires a uniform spot from 1″ up to 6″(2.54cm to 15.2cm). The benefit for equal distribution of power will allow the user to cure adhesive evenly without having to compensate for uneven light distribution.

Liquid Light Guides

RX FireFlex UV Curing LEDs

The RX FireFlex is designed as a scalable « high power » water cooled UV-LED curing lamp aimed primarily at high performance/high speed single pass UV inkjet applications but with utility in a wide variety of web/conveyor based UV curing applications. The initial product from the RX FireFlex family has an emitting area of 75mm x 50mm and is available in peak irradiances of 4W/cm2 or 8W/cm2 as measured at system output glass, which correlates to up to 72W/cm2 at the LED level. The RX FireFlex architecture is designed to allow the systems to be scalable in 75mm increments to as much as 2m in length with a variety of peak irradiance and total UV power specifications based on customer and application needs.
