With its modular design, the jetting valve MDS series can be used for a wide range of applications.
The Micro Dispensing System MDS 3010A for low viscous media up to ca. 300 mPas

The Micro Dispensing System MDS 3200A for high viscous media up to 2 000 000 mPas

02 MDS 3010A/ 3020A (micro deposit)
The jet valve MDS 3010A/ 3020A are mainly used for dispensing aqueous solutions or low viscous oils with up to 300 mPas. It is recommended for its high precision. The Microdispensing valve MDS 3010A/ 3020A are a jet valve, based on piezo technology and is mostly suited for dispensing low viscous media with up to 300 mPas. This technology allows dispensing of several hundred shots within just a second and with highly repeatable accuracy.
03 MDS 3200F
The Microdispensing valve MDS 3200F is a jet valve, based on piezo technology and is mostly suited for dispensing low to high viscous media with up to 2.000.000 mPas. This technology allows dispensing of several hundred shots within just a second and with highly repeatable accuracy. At maximum even a dispensing frequency of more than 3.000 Hz is possible.
04 MDS 3200A
The Microdispensing valve MDS 3200A is a jet valve, based on piezo technology and is mostly suited for dispensing low to high viscous media with up to 2.000.000 mPas. This technology allows dispensing of several hundred shots within just a second and with highly repeatable accuracy. At maximum even a dispensing frequency of more than 3.000 Hz is possible.

Syringe adapter
Made in polypropylene, the syringe adapter in one piece allows to attach the syringe to the dispenser.
Static mixers
Static mixers have a long and narrow shape and are screwed to the extremity of the two-component cartridges.
Sealant Spatulas and Spreaders
Semco® sealant removal tools made with Celcon® POM are designed to remove cured and semi-cured sealant from aircraft. They also exist in fluorescent for night use.
Pistons
Precision molded plungers are available in three styles. Each style has its own functional characteristics. All are designed to fit the cartridge contour,assuring complete dispensing and the elimination of waste.

Polypropylene and plastic flexible that can be cut to the desired length.

The conical shape allow fluid to flow more easily, with very small losses of load and progressive.
