It is the grain size distribution and the viscosity of the product which determine the choice of the screw. They allow deposits of 0,0001cc with a variation between 0 and 3 %.

SVX Feeder screw
The MicroValve SVX is specifically designed to distribute micro volumes of material in an accurate and repeatable way. The engine brushless controls exactly the rotation of the screw, with a programmable encoder which supplies more than 57,000 points by revolution of 360 degrees.
The screw and the storage space are made by carbide to limit the maintenance and facilitate the cleanings.
