Diaphragm Valve

The valves of dispensing  from the series CA are valves with  silicone TEFLON ® shutter, they are extremely accurate. Each of her is accurately manufactured with high quality standards guaranteeing the reliability of the operations. They are completely tested and patented in pre-shipment laboratory.

CA300/ Shutter (on line)

The valve with CA300 shutter is an excellent solution to put down  reasonable quantities (small to average) of liquid products with fluids, type cyanocrylate, anaerobic, lubricating and other solvents. Ideal for the automated applications, she benefits from a low congestion and offers a precise and repeatable deposit with a perfect waterproofness. Simple and fast to calibrate, it becomes integrated into on-line applications and can be also activated thanks to a footswitch. Only the disk of the shutter is in movement, which involves a very low maintenance.

We recommand you to use the valve with the following types of fluids :  cyanocrylate, anaerobic, lubricating,oils, glues, epoxies.

CAM200 Shutter ( manual/automatic)

The valve with CAM200 shutter is an excellent solution to put down  reasonable quantities (small to average) of liquid products with fluids, type cyanocrylate, anaerobic, lubricating and other solvents.Ideal for the applications requiring an ergonomic handling, a low maintenance as well as a precise and repeatable deposit. Easy to use and  fast to be calibrated, this valve can be used thanks to a footswitch or a manual command.

We recommand you to use the valve with the following types of fluids :  cyanocrylate, anaerobic, lubricating,oils, glues, epoxies,solvents, alcohols, fats liquids, ink and paint.

CAM300 / Shutter (manual)

100 % manual , the valve CAM300 is an excellent solution  to place  » by guesswork of the operator  » small and big quantities of liquid products with fluids : cyanocrylate, anaerobic, lubricating, solvent and silicones types. Ideal for the applications requiring a deposit with constant flow by action of the operator, it is fitted with an ergonomic handling, for a long use . Simple and fast to start, this valve requires little or no maintenance. The regularity of the deposit is estimated by guesswork of the operator.

We recommend you to use this valve with the following fluids : cyanocrylates, anaerobic, lubricants, oil, glues, époxies, solvents, alcohols, fats liquids, ink and paint.

Volumetric valve

Revolution, the linear displacement valves from the series are the first MV valves incorporating a volumetric concept. In performing regular displacement, it allows the pre-determined repetition of volumes with a variation between 0 and 2%. Each is meticulously machined with high quality standards guaranteeing the reliability of operations. They are fully tested and patented laboratory before shipment.

VOLUMETRIC MV200 (micro deposit)

Small revolution, valves with linear movement  from the series MV are the first valves  with a volumetric concept. By operating regular movement ,it allows the repetition of predetermined volumes with a variation between 0 and 2 %. Each of them is accurately manufactured with high quality standards guaranteeing the reliability of the operations. They are completely tested and patented in pre-shipment laboratory.

We recommend you to use this valve with the following fluids : glues, activators, RTV, lubricants, oils, epoxies, solvents, alcohols, fats liquids, ink and paint.

VOLUMETRIC MV250 (small deposit)

The valve  for small deposits MV250 is a volumetric valve which allow linear movement. It is an excellent solution to put down small quantities of liquid, fluid products, and pasty (quantities between 0,0015cc and 0,0120cc) which guarantee accuracy.

Ideal for the  applications requiring  a big precision, with a maximal variation of ± 2 %, it will adapt itself easily to all kind of fluids. Easy to use and fast to be calibrated, it can be used in manual or automatic applications on platforms X,Y,Z.

We recommend you to use this valve with the following fluids : glues, activators, RTV, lubricants, oils, epoxies, solvents, alcohols, fats liquids, ink and paint.

VOLUMETRIC MV300 (average deposit)

The valve  for average deposits MV300 is a volumetric valve which allow linear movement. It is an excellent solution to put down small quantities of liquid, fluid products, and pasty (quantities between 0,010cc and 0,145cc) which guarantee accuracy.

Ideal for the  applications requiring  a big precision, with a maximal variation of ± 2 %, it will adapt itself easily to all kind of fluids. Easy to use and fast to be calibrated, it can be used in manual or automatic applications on platforms X,Y,Z.

VOLUMETRIC MV500 (big deposit)

The valve  for big deposits MV500 is a volumetric valve which allow linear movement. It is an excellent solution to put down small quantities of liquid, fluid products, and pasty (quantities between 0,15cc and 4,5cc) which guarantee accuracy.

Ideal for the  applications requiring  a big precision, with a maximal variation of ± 2 %, it will adapt itself easily to all kind of fluids. Easy to use and fast to be calibrated, it can be used in manual or automatic applications on platforms X,Y,Z.

High pressure valve

Valves Air-Pulse ™ from the series FC have the capacity of supporting  very high-pressure (241 Bar). They allow to measure small or average quantities, in manual or automatic. Each of them is accurately manufactured with high quality standards guaranteeing the reliability of the operations. They are completely tested and patented in pre-shipment laboratory.

FC100 punch (low flow)

The valve of average deposits FC100 is an excellent solution to put down  average quantities of liquid, fluid products, and pasty. This valve is ideal for the applications requiring a high pressure while preserving the precision, with a minimum repetitiveness of ± 3 % noticed. Simple and fast to calibrate, it can be used in manual or automatic applications on platforms X, Z.

We recommend you to use this valve with the following fluids : glues, RTV, lubricants, epoxies, silicone, greases, putties.

FC300 punch (high flow)

The valve of average deposits FC300 is an excellent solution to put down  average quantities of liquid, fluid products, and pasty. This valve is ideal for the applications requiring a high pressure while preserving the precision, with a minimum repetitiveness of ± 5 % noticed. Simple and fast to calibrate, it can be used in manual or automatic applications.

We recommend you to use this valve with the following fluids : big quantites of liquid, fluid and pasty products.

Jetting valve

The Air-Pulse™ valves from MDS series integrated three different Jet Dispensing Valve types :

• The Micro Dispensing System MDS 3010A for low viscous media up to ca. 300 mPas
• The Micro Dispensing System MDS 3020A for low and medium viscous media up to ca. 8 000 mPas
• The Micro Dispensing System MDS 3200A for high viscous media up to 2 000 000 mPas
• The Micro Dispensing System MDS 3200⁺F for high viscous media for very small drops with high repeatability

MDS 3010A/ 3020A (micro deposit)

The jet valve MDS 3010A/ 3020A are mainly used for dispensing aqueous solutions or low viscous oils with up to 300 mPas. It is recommended for its high precision. The Microdispensing valve MDV 3010A/ 3020A are a jet valve, based on piezo technology and is mostly suited for dispensing low viscous media with up to 300 mPas. This technology allows dispensing of several hundred shots within just a second and with highly repeatable accuracy.

MDS 3200F

The Microdispensing valve MDV 3200F is a jet valve, based on piezo technology and is mostly suited for dispensing low to high viscous media with up to 2.000.000 mPas. This technology allows dispensing of several hundred shots within just a second and with highly repeatable accuracy. At maximum even a dispensing frequency of more than 3.000 Hz is possible.

The Microdispensing valve MDV 3200A is a jet valve, based on piezo technology and is mostly suited for dispensing low to high viscous media with up to 2.000.000 mPas. This technology allows dispensing of several hundred shots within just a second and with highly repeatable accuracy. At maximum even a dispensing frequency of more than 3.000 Hz is possible.
