Precifluid Volumetric Dispenser

By the action of a linear step by step engine which makes the movement of a volume of product in a repetitive and checked way, this range goes beyond the limits of the pneumatic systems of dispensing (at least seven times more accurate) and allows deposit outstandingly smaller than most of the volumetric dispensers on the market with a minimum volume going to 0,06 microliters.
This patented dispenser is the only one which can ensure you volumetric deposit with such a precision. Besides its exceptional performances, the use of the volumetric dispenser PreciFluid remains very instinctive. Sequenced by programs beforehand recorded, its pushes are regular and constant. You just have to enter the digital volume and the velocity which you wish to make the dispensing so that the dispenser handles calculations.

Robots

The JR300 Series is a multifunctional robot designed with both cell production sites and autmated inline installation in mind. Wih a rich catalog of functions including Fieldbus compatiblity, a built-in LAN port as standard equipment, software that makes camera installation easy and the ability to control up to two external motors, the JR3000 is ready to fill many different manufacturing roles.

Pneumatic dispenser

Gentec offers you an applicator at a constant rate and a dosing time pressure which allows you to respond as accurately, technically and financially to your application. Gentec provides you a comprehensive, sustainable and durable scale, and it insures you a 5 to 10 years guarantee.
Designed to distribute all types of mixtures (from liquid fluids to thick pastes), the series of time-pressure dosing (or electro-pneumatic) features a simple structure for easy operation. Versatile and robust, the range has models with digital clocks for optimal consistency.

Our range :

	PDS 100-ETC The dispensing is calibrated time / pressure. The dispensers 100ETC (digital), exist in version 0-1 bar, for the very liquid products, and in 0-7 bar for the other products. They benefit from a precise setting of the pressure to obtain a constant flow of the product and the setting of the time of deposit in the thousandth of second.
	PDS 7350 The Dispensers 7350 exist in version 0 – 1 bar, for the very liquid products and 0 – 7 bars for the other products. They benefit from a precise setting of the pressure to obtain a constant flow of the product and the setting of the time of deposit in hundredth of seconds. The dispensing is calibrated time/ pressure.
	PDS 7150 With this dispenser calibrated on the pressure the dispensing is made in » judged the operator » through a pedal. Pneumatic dispensers 7150 exist in version 0-1 bar, for the very liquid products and 0-7 bar for the other products and they benefit from an accurate setting of the pressure to obtain a constant flow of the product.
	PDS 7050 (Pick-up) The systems vacuum pick-up are designed for the manipulation of small pieces and components, in particular the miniatures, the components of assembly and blocks of chip with scale. The dispenser7050 is equipped with a solenoid valve in vacuum air with electric drive by footswitch’s pressure.
	Footswich dispenser The footswitch dispensers are designed to put down quantities of products visibly measurable. They allow, by a simple impulse of the footswitch to release the fluid product with constant flow. It is the operator who evaluate the quantity and stops the distribution of product by releasing the pedal. This pneumatic dispenser allows to reduce or to eliminate the manual tiredness of the user.

Diaphragm Valve

The valves of dispensing from the series CA are valves with silicone TEFLON ® shutter, they are extremely accurate. Each of her is accurately manufactured with high quality standards guaranteeing the reliability of the operations. They are completely tested and patented in pre-shipment laboratory.

CA300/ Shutter (on line)

The valve with CA300 shutter is an excellent solution to put down reasonable quantities (small to average) of liquid products with fluids, type cyanocrylate, anaerobic, lubricating and other solvents. Ideal for the automated applications, she benefits from a low congestion and offers a precise and repeatable deposit with a perfect waterproofness. Simple and fast to calibrate, it becomes integrated into on-line applications and can be also activated thanks to a footswitch. Only the disk of the shutter is in movement, which involves a very low maintenance.

We recommand you to use the valve with the following types of fluids : cyanocrylate, anaerobic, lubricating,oils, glues, epoxies.

CAM200 Shutter ( manual/automatic)

The valve with CAM200 shutter is an excellent solution to put down reasonable quantities (small to average) of liquid products with fluids, type cyanocrylate, anaerobic, lubricating and other solvents.Ideal for the applications requiring an ergonomic handling, a low maintenance as well as a precise and repeatable deposit. Easy to use and fast to be calibrated, this valve can be used thanks to a footswitch or a manual command.

CAM300 / Shutter (manual)

100 % manual , the valve CAM300 is an excellent solution to place » by guesswork of the operator » small and big quantities of liquid products with fluids : cyanocrylate, anaerobic, lubricating, solvent and silicones types. Ideal for the applications requiring a deposit with constant flow by action of the operator, it is fitted with an ergonomic handling, for a long use . Simple and fast to start, this valve requires little or no maintenance. The regularity of the deposit is estimated by guesswork of the operator.

Volumetric valve

Revolution, the linear displacement valves from the series are the first MV valves incorporating a volumetric concept. Small revolution, valves with linear movement from the series MV are the first valves with a volumetric concept. Ideal for the applications requiring a big precision, with a maximal variation of ± 2 %, it will adapt itself easily to all kind of fluids. Easy to use and fast to be calibrated, it can be used in manual or automatic applications on platforms X,Y,Z.

The Microdispensing valve MDV 3010A/ 3020A are a jet valve, based on piezo technology and is mostly suited for dispensing low viscous media with up to 300 mPas. Spray valve

Valves Air-Pulse ™ from the series FCS allow a dispensing by SPRAY or micro-spraying (micro-pulverizing) (technology low-pressure / bottom (stocking) – volume). Accurate and efficient, they are intended to the small surfaces of 3mm to 10cm. Each of them is accurately manufactured with high quality standards guaranteeing the reliability of the operations. They are completely tested and patented in pre-shipment laboratory.

FCS SPRAY 62 spray valve

The FCSPRAY 62 Spray Valve is designed for precise spray applications of low viscosity fluids. An external stroke control makes it easy for the operator to fine-tune fluid flow. Total control of the spray cycle is provided by adjustable fluid flow and precise control of pre-spray, atomizing air and post spray with the FCSPRAY 62 Multi-Purpose Digital Controller. Downtime is virtually eliminated with only one seal to replace during normal maintenance.

FCS300 pulverization

Micro-spray valve FCS is an excellent solution for precisely spraying medium to small amounts of liquids and fluid products. It works on the principle of low-pressure / low-volume with a separation of the fluid and air to exit the valve. The distribution is uniform, the contours are sharp and clean. The accuracy of this valve allows for 5mm diameter points. Quick and easy to calibrate, it can be used in manual or automated applications.

We recommend you to use this valve with the following fluids : glues, RTV, lubricants, epoxies, silicone, greases, putties.

RC 200 radial pulverization (linear)

This system joins the technology of valve with double effect punch associated to a compact pneumatic engine and to a made-to-measure spray nozzle. It allows for example the linear filling of a series of test tube. The association of proven technologies allows an appropriate and homogeneous distribution and limit the variations of accuracy between 0 and 2 %. The nose of atomization is freely exchangeable to pass quickly from a size of cylinders to another. The diameter of the outlet is adapted to the viscosity of the fluid.

Feeder screw valve

Feeder screw valves with screw of the series SV are volumetric and offer one very optimal precision for the complex products (screw 8-16 and 32 nets). SV200 Feeder screw (The screw filling method )

The screw filling method SV is an excellent solution for an accurate dispensing of very small to averages quantities of fluids charged, of paste to be brazed, of glues CMS or of epoxies. It is the grain size distribution and the viscosity of the product which determine the choice of the screw. They allow deposits of 0,0001cc with a variation between 0 and 3 %.

We recommend you to use this valve for the following fluids : fluids charged, paste to be brazed, thermal grease, epoxies, glues, silver.

SVX Feeder screw

The MicroValve SVX is specifically designed to distribute micro volumes of material in an accurate and repeatable way. The engine brushless controls exactly the rotation of the screw, with a programmable encoder which supplies more than 57,000 points by revolution of 360 degrees.

The screw and the storage space are made by carbide to limit the maintenance and facilitate the cleanings.
