EIT Microcure

EIT®’s MicroCure® measurement system is comprised of two separate stand-alone items; the data collection radiometer which is placed in the ultraviolet (UV) environment to be measured, and a DataReader which reads and displays the measurement results from the radiometer.

The UV integrating radiometer is a microprocessor-based, electro-optical instrument that measures and accumulates the total UV energy that is applied to the measurement surface of the instrument. The MicroCure® radiometer measures the total amount of UV energy that would be impinged on a work piece passing through the curing system and the peak UV irradiance. The radiometer combines very small physical size and adaptability to address a variety of demanding physical and thermal measurement environments.

EIT Compact Sensor

This small, robust, stable sensor is highly resistant to solarization. Sensors have sealed optics to prevent fouling and an optional air/nitrogen purge to keep the sensor clean and cool. Sensors connect to all of EIT’s online monitoring electronics. A 0-10V and a 4-20 milliamp signal output is generated for each Compact Sensor when used with one of EIT’s conditioning units such as the Din Rail, MultiBrite or Online UV Intensity Display. These output signals can be interfaced to a PLC or other control system. Available in a choice of several UV bandwidths (A, B, C & V).

PowerPuck II Profiler

The “Profiler” versions of their Power Puck II and UviCure Plus II function as a standard Power Puck II or UviCure Plus II instrument while adding the ability to transfer the collected data and irradiance profile to a computer via a USB connector.  The transferred data can be analyzed with EIT’s PowerView Software® II which allows the user to easily compare files to look at the conditions, lamp focus and lamp type.  PowerView Software® II adds several new features including the ability to analyze a single UV band and data from four individual files in graph and data format, easily transfer screen shots for reports and the ability for users to add file information via a custom template

EIT 3D Sensor

Quickly and easily profile dimensional and shaped objects of any size with EIT®’s 3DCure ™ Multi-Dimensional Measurement System. The system can produce up to 32 simultaneous measurements, which is perfect for setup and process verification of your UV lamp system. 3DCure ™ can be used with UV lamps mounted in a fixed bank or on a robotic arm. The collected exposure data (W/cm2 and J/cm2) for each sensor is displayed on your computer with the included Cure 3D™ software.

The software supports ActiveX® controls and allows customization and export of the data into other programs.

The use of ultra-violet curing on dimensional and shaped objects continues to grow. UV cured coatings offer several advantages over solvents and/or water-borne coatings pressed thermally or with IR. Line design, source placement and/or orientation, documentation of process limits and monitoring production conditions challenge users switching to UV curing tehnology. The 3DCure from EIT® addresses these challenges in a simple, flexible and easy to use measurement system. The UV irradiance (W/cm²) and energy density (J/cm²) arriving at multiple points on the cure surface can be easily and simultaneously measured.

Syringes

Syringes are a major component of your dispensing. Contrary to the rival brands, our syringes are certified without silicone and possess precise proportions easy to recognize. Thinky ARE 250

The THINKY ARE-250 mixing and degassing machine is an industrial non-contact “planetary” mixer for all engineering compounds. It mixes, disperses and degasses your materials in seconds to minutes, in a sealed or lid-less container such as a jar, beaker, syringe tube or cartridge. The non-contact mixing principle makes it possible to formulate compounds from very small amounts such as 0.5ml to large production scales.

The THINKY ARE-250 Mixer makes it possible for the processes of mixing and bubble removal to be carried out simultaneously. It is a conditioning mixer. It can be used for the mixing and/or bubble removal of not only epoxy but also silicones, conductive pastes, medicines, chemical materials, etc.

The THINKY ARE-250 Mixer is a lightweight benchtop model, which can hold up to 310g of material. The Multi-Step Mixing feature allows you to program 5 different sets of mixing and degassing conditions (time and speed per mode) in a single batch cycle. Precise control of the process makes it possible not only to improve formulation quality, but also to eliminate human errors or operator skills throughout the process. It is also effective in controlling shear, so as not to damage your materials. Cooled materials or heated materials can be processed with special adapters. The ARE-250 can accept syringes up to 55ml or up to 75ml (2.5 oz) cartridges with optional adapters. Larger THINKY mixers with vacuum capability are also available.

Thinky ARE 500

The Thinky ARE 500 is Medium-size, general-purpose model for upgrading from a smaller model. The highly durable drive system employed is developed assuming high-frequency use including production. The rotation radius increasing effect and optimized rotation-revolution ratio improves mixing performance, and the deaeration performance is as good as the smaller models. It is mainly employed for uses that require batch-processing of a certain amount and processing of materials whose issue is uniform dispersion, including mixing and deaeration of urethane resin, even mixing of suspension, as well as preparation of alumina slurry.

Thinky ARE 400 TWIN

The built in mechanism can vary the ratio of rotation, while the twin system is newly developed. Mixes and deaerates a maximum 500 ml/800g of material (gross). This machine can set and reproduce optimal recipes for materials whose temperature is hard to control because it can detect material temperatures in containers in real time during operation with the combined use of the newly developed sensor unit incorporating non-contact sensors (optional). A PC connector (USB TypeB) is installed on the back of the unit as standard equipment, achieving parameter setting, rotations during operation and temperature monitoring.

Thinky ARV 310

Combining vacuum pressure reduction function with rotation and revolution mixing enabled efficient elimination of submicron-level air bubbles. With rotation and revolution movement under vacuum pressure reduction, deaeration of high-viscosity materials which was considered difficult can now be performed with excellent quality, and the processing time can be further reduced compared to the atmospheric type. In terms of operation, the centrifugal force of revolution during the operation suppresses the material within the container, eliminating the need to keep an eye on the material so that it does not overflow, as is needed with static vacuum chambers.

Syringe adapter

Made in polypropylene, the syringe adapter in one piece allows to attach the syringe to the dispenser.
The system includes a polyurethane tube of 1/8 inch and a connection lock.
