Theory of function

The new precision volume dispenser eco-SPRAY made by ViscoTec offers a wide range of applications for low to high viscosity spray media. The preeflow® eco-SPRAY guarantees a volumetric spray application based on the endless piston principle. The base of this new microspraying technology is still our proven rotor/stator technology. Due to a defined rotary motion of the rotor the medium in the stator is volumetrically replaced and conveyance is created. Thus a determined amount of medium is process controlled and directed to the special low flow spray chamber.

The precise nebulization and spraying can take place continuously or punctually. The revolutionary combination of the endless piston principle and the low flow spraying chamber guarantees perfect spraying of low to highly viscous media with high edge definition and lowest possible overspray.

RX FireFlex UV Curing LEDs

The RX FireFlex is designed as a scalable « high power » water cooled UV-LED curing lamp aimed primarily at high performance/high speed single pass UV inkjet applications but with utility in a wide variety of web/conveyor based UV curing applications. The initial product from the RX FireFlex family has an emitting area of 75mm x 50mm and is available in peak irradiances of 4W/cm2 or 8W/cm2 as measured at system output glass, which correlates to up to 72W/cm2 at the LED level. The RX FireFlex architecture is designed to allow the systems to be scalable in 75mm increments to as much as 2m in length with a variety of peak irradiance and total UV power specifications based on customer and application needs.

Designed to distribute all types of mixtures (from liquid fluids to thick pastes), the series of time-pressure dosing (or electro-pneumatic) features a simple structure for easy operation. Versatile and robust, the range has models with digital clocks for optimal consistency.

Our range :

	PDS 100-ETC The dispensing is calibrated time / pressure. The dispensers 100ETC (digital), exist in version 0-1 bar, for the very liquid products, and in 0-7 bar for the other products. They benefit from a precise setting of the pressure to obtain a constant flow of the product and the setting of the time of deposit in the thousandth of second.
	PDS 7350 The Dispensers 7350 exist in version 0 – 1 bar, for the very liquid products and 0 – 7 bars for the other products. They benefit from a precise setting of the pressure to obtain a constant flow of the product and the setting of the time of deposit in hundredth of seconds. The dispensing is calibrated time/ pressure.
	PDS 7150 With this dispenser calibrated on the pressure the dispensing is made in » judged the operator » through a pedal. Pneumatic dispensers 7150 exist in version 0-1 bar, for the very liquid products and 0-7 bar for the other products and they benefit from an accurate setting of the pressure to obtain a constant flow of the product.
	PDS 7050 (Pick-up) The systems vacuum pick-up are designed for the manipulation of small pieces and components, in particular the miniatures, the components of assembly and blocks of chip with scale. The dispenser7050 is equipped with a solenoid valve in vacuum air with electric drive by footswitch’s pressure.
	Footswich dispenser The footswitch dispensers are designed to put down quantities of products visibly measurable. They allow, by a simple impulse of the footswitch to release the fluid product with constant flow. It is the operator who evaluate the quantity and stops the distribution of product by releasing the pedal. This pneumatic dispenser allows to reduce or to eliminate the manual tiredness of the user.
