Preeflow Eco-Pen

Preeflow eco-PEN – a volumetric dosing system for precise dispensing that is able to apply minimum quantities of one-component fluids. Due to the ViscoTec endless piston principle watery up to pasty fluids can be feeded perfectly. Independent from viscosity fluctuations a clean and process reliable dosing can be realized. Eco-CONTROL EC200-K

Description

The control unit, eco-CONTROL EC200-K, made by ViscoTec, offers the precision-volume dosing unit of the eco-PEN series many application possibilities.

Theory of function

The unit is microprocessor-controlled. It is simple to operate, without submenu, and has graphic support. The set supply pressure is monitored and digitally displayed in bar or Psi. Error messages for filling level and motor current are also monitored. External signals can be connected via I/O ports to a PLC for control in automated lines. A wide variety of dosing programs with part management are storable.

Robots

The JR300 Series is a multifunctional robot designed with both cell production sites and autmated inline installation in mind. Wih a rich catalog of functions including Fieldbus compatiblity, a built-in  LAN port as standard equipment, software that makes camera installation easy and the ability to control up to two external motors, the JR3000 is ready to fill many different manufacturing roles.

The control unit eco-CONTROL EC200-DUO has been developed and tested for accurate work with the preeflow 2-K-precisionvolume-dispensers. The control unit has a variety of configuration options to dosing, dispensing time and mixing ratio. All production-related values can be stored and changed at any time. The operation takes place over an intuitive user guidance using a graphical user interface. An integrated pressure control ensures the optimum process safety of the system. There is also the possibility of data exchange with a USB interface.

Theory of function

Thanks to a standard terminal program can be programmed and configured the controller. In this case, the dispenser eco-DUO could be calibrated for different functions such as dosing speed or mixing ratio.
